That's a good question. Here are some things to think about,

1 - With a name of a company called Apartments & Homes, of course we do rentals but we certainly do residential sales also.

2 - Our renters become buyers. Many renters are new to the area and want to rent 1st before they buy. Why wouldn't you want to help these people find rentals, develop a great relationship, then help them buy in the near future?

3 - People will always be renting. They maybe relocating, domestic situations change, housing market adjustments.

While the commissions for rentals are much smaller then sales, they sure do add up quickly. The time spent is far less with renters then buyers. Some days you could be helping several clients. The dollars do add up as you can see.

Commisson Structure

Apartments & Homes has established what we feel is one of the most generous commission structures in the rental locating business.

Our commisson structure can be the difference from making a living in Real Estate or not.

If the agent who generated the traffic also places the traffic the split will be as follows:
The placing / referring agent receives 75% of the commission!!! from deal 1.
Apartments & Homes receives 25%. of the commission
Here are a few things we would like you to keep in mind.

1 - Can you imagine doing all the work - going out and spending both time and money in order to generate referrals and then once again doing all the work in placing the traffic that you generated and keeping just half of the commission! (Apartments & Homes gives you 75% of the entire commission not just half)

2 - Apartments & Homes share of the commission is just 25% of the entire commission (1/2 of what most companies keep.)Our philosophy is simple. If you do most of the work, you deserve most of the commission!
